What is the “Train Like A SuperHero Challenge 2018”?

What does it take to be a Superhero?

After successfully completing my “1000 Reps a Day for 4 Weeks Challenge 2016” – I was impressed with the overwhelming feedback by in fact thousands of people the video was seen by more than 3.6 Million individuals!

This was my toughest challenge I’ve done to date… so now it’s early 2018 and it’s time for something even harder?! BUT what could that be?

I loved watching Superhero movies ever since I can remember if was the Marvel Avengers or DC’s Superman I frankly didn’t care, as I loved them all!

 

I asked myself what would it take to be a real life superhero?

Well this is a difficult question as a superhero is a fictional made up comic character and there are so many different kind of heroes.

Some are Human, some are Superhuman and some are even Gods!

BUT…

They do have things in common .. So here are my top 5 requirements to becoming a real life superhero:

  1. Top Physical Shape
  2. Martial Arts Skills
  3. Body Weight Movement Specialist
  4. Splits for high kicks
  5. Gymnastics for flips

 

How long will it take to get into superhero shape?

I gave myself 90 Days to put on some more muscle or size (aka Bulking in the Bodybuilding world) >> followed by a 30 Day Cut meaning maintaining the hard earned muscle whilst stripping of the body fat to show some more definition.

Total that’s 4 months time to get in decent shape.

DISCLAIMER 

This will be different for everyone as we all have a different starting point. Therefore more time might be required in some cases even 7-12 months.

 

What is my exact 120 Day Training Plan?

I will share my full 120 day superhero journey on YouTube in a vlogging style.

You’ll see a RAW 4 months of training – no BS just the hard truth of what it takes to get into extreme shape!

Below you’ll see a rough outlined of my personal training plan (this might vary a bit every week)

  • Monday – GYM & FLEXIBILITY
  • Tuesday – MARTIAL ARTS & LOCOMOTION
  • Wednesday – GYM & FLEXIBILITY
  • Thursday – GYM & MARTIAL ARTS
  • Friday – LOCOMOTION & FLEXIBILITY
  • Saturday – GYM & GYMNASTICS
  • Sunday – OFF DAY (FREE)
