Who is Online Coaching for?
I especially designed the Online Coaching Service to help solve the 10 major problems my clients were facing in terms of exercise and nutrition, these included:
- How can I get rid of my belly fat?

- What should I eat to lose weight?

Firstly, if you can relate to any of the above — this is one BIG reason to stick around.
Secondly, as an elite personal trainer my target market really varies a lot, meaning I personally work with individuals from nearly all ages, from 6-year old kids to elderly people in their 70s. This puts me in the unique position of producing content that is safe, easy to follow and suitable for “nearly” all ages.
Thirdly, Online Skype Coaching™ allows me to listen to your needs first, in order to craft a nutritional and training’s master plan for every single one of my clients. No matter whether you are a beginner or pro, young or old, male or female — if you follow my advice, you will start to see results!
What Will I Get?
- 10+1 Skype Coaching Sessions: During the weekly live 30 minute coaching sessions we will explore your goals, discuss your diet & workout plan, perform weigh ins (if applicable), and I’ll hold you accountable to keep you on track & motivated.
- Optimal Calorie Intake: Your age, gender, height, weight, body fat, level of activity, goals, and your current fitness level will determine your optimal daily calorie intake. On top I’ll calculate the best suitable macro nutrient split (ratio of protein, fats & carbs) which is congruent with your goals and body type. [EXAMPLE]
- Meal Plan: Fully detailed and easy Meal Plan based on your individual goal, optimal caloric intake and body type.
- Workout Plan: Especially created with your needs such as your current fitness level, body type, goals, lifestyle, and available time in mind.
- Cardio Program: To enhance weight loss you’ll use scientifically proven cardio protocols in order to boost your metabolism and maximise your fat burning ability!
- Nutritional Guidance: Depending on your individual circumstances (lifestyle, work, sleep, goals,…) we will explore different diet / nutritional approaches such as IF (intermittent fasting), carb cycling, refeeds, etc. if applicable.
