Some people claim that this product can remove toxins from the body, improve immunity, and even help you to lose weight, while others are convinced that it’s just another dieting fad.

However, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you should be taking this substance if you’re looking for something to help you go the extra mile during your fitness routine or lose weight with your dietary strategy. While you do get an extra ton of minerals and vitamins at a low cost with this supplement, you’re not going to turn your life around in a single day just because you choose to pop a little green pill.
Perhaps the biggest problem that Chlorella faces, is like many supplements today, it makes a lot of broad and impressive claims, but it doesn’t live up to the hype – at least not from a scientific perspective.

If you’re looking for a supplement that’s going to improve your vitamin intake and ensure that you’re getting a healthy dose of minerals into your diet every day, then you can always try taking chlorella. This substance is pretty palatable for most and easy enough to find in your standard health store. What’s more, you might even see that taking it regularly helps you to stave off illness so you can spend more time in the gym, and less time struggling with the common cold on your couch at home.
However, if you’re hoping to find a supplement that’s going to help you lose weight faster, and build more muscle, then this isn’t the option for you. There’s not enough study out there to suggest that chlorella has any significant impact on body fat or weight.
