My results after doing 500 Reps of 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 dips and 200 sit ups a day for 14 days. This has been a real challenge, but as I explained in the video I wanted to see what I can achieve in just 2 weeks 14 days of training!
This shows how you can get amazing results by just using your own bodyweight at home, outside or in the gym. I didn’t use any supplements, my diet was based on real food!
I started with 91.7 kg and 10.1% Body Fat … 14 Days later I was 87.1 kg and 7.9% Body Fat!
I lost 4.6 kg & drop 2.2% Body fat in 2 weeks!
